How I Work With You
Every person's path to healing is different. My approach is tailored, evidence-based, and always centered on your goals.
Compassionate Presence
You'll never feel judged here. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can speak freely and begin to heal at your own pace.
Evidence-Based Methods
I draw on proven approaches — CBT, Gottman Method, and trauma-informed frameworks — to give you practical tools that create lasting change.
Whole-Person Care
Healing isn't just about symptoms. I look at the full picture of your life — relationships, history, strengths — to support your complete wellbeing.
Collaborative Partnership
Therapy works best when we work together. I'll follow your lead, honor your pace, and celebrate every step forward alongside you.
My Philosophy
Healing is not a destination — it's a journey we take together.
I believe every person carries an innate capacity for growth and resilience. My role is not to fix you, but to walk beside you as you rediscover your own strength. Whether you're navigating trauma, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, I'm here to help you find your way forward — one honest conversation at a time.
Ready to Take the First Step?
Reaching out is the hardest part. I'm here to make the rest feel manageable.
